考试质量是自学考试的生命线,考试管理是保证考试质量的前提,只有狠抓考试的科学管理,建立严肃的考风考纪,才能保证自学考试质量、维护自学考试的社会声誉。现在我们正处于世纪之交的重要时期,国家正在实施科教兴国和可持续发展的战略,并提出要在经济体制和经济增长方式上实现两个根本性转变。去年春天江泽民主席在教育方面也提出要实现两个根本转变,一是教育要全面适应现代化建设对各种人才培养的需要,二是教育要全面提高办学质量和效益。以上
Test quality is the lifeline of self-study exam. Exam management is the prerequisite to ensure the quality of exams. Only by paying close attention to the scientific management of examinations and establishing a serious test of exam time can we guarantee the quality of self-study exams and maintain the social reputation of self-study exams. Now that we are at an important juncture of the turn of the century, our country is implementing the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education and of sustainable development. We also propose that we should achieve two fundamental changes in the economic system and economic growth mode. Last year, President Jiang Zemin also proposed in education that two fundamental changes should be implemented. One is that education should fully meet the needs of modernization for all kinds of personnel training. The second is that education should improve the overall quality and efficiency of running schools. the above
