Abex Denison’s new DIP01 electro-hydraulic proportional valve is one of the newest proportioning valve products shown in Figure 1, with response time from zero to full flow in just 30 milliseconds, power consumption Less than 0.8 watts. The other two proportional valves in the same series use DIP01 and its electronic modules to control the movement of their main spools. DIP01 and other voice coil frictionless motor and the company’s servo valve nozzle principle used in combination, can withstand higher levels of pollution. Another innovation includes the use of electronics and the installation of light-emitting diode displays on the valve; all the user has to do is supply the operating and control currents, and the rest is done by the valve.
