让权力等于影响力人之所以看重权力,在于权力能带给自己实现想法的平台。但如果没有权力也可以实现个人的想法和价值,人们还会那么贪慕权力吗?答案不言自明。管理者如果可以在团队内,树立每个人都可以是领导者的氛围,那么权力也自然不再那么被人追捧。就像很多时候,人们购买名车、豪宅,有一部分因素仅仅是为了证明自己的能力。作为管理者,就要做那个点醒梦中人的人——影响力才是你真正的权力,去修炼内功吧!当然,这需要一个潜移默化的过程。
