近年研究发现体内干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)的调节失去平衡,是导致变态反应性疾病IgE水平异常的主要因素。同时IFN-γ增强机体抗感染的作用机理亦被人们倍加关注,临床已开始应用于肿瘤及病毒性疾病。我院于1992年10月采用基因工程干扰素γ气雾剂防治儿童哮喘,获得良好疗效,现报告如下。
