1 Overview Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (BDA) is located in the southeastern city of Beijing, Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway and the Fourth Ring Road, Fifth Ring Road and Sixth Ring Road, started construction in 1992 and started to invest.
