搭建了基于光纤布拉格光栅分析仪(FBGA)解调模块的光纤光栅温度监测系统,实现了对外界环境的温度监测。利用FBGA中的数字信号处理模块获取反射光的峰值波长,拟合获得峰值波长与温度的关系,采用LabVIEW编写相应的上位机程序。该测量方法精确度较高,与恒温箱温度相比,该系统的温度误差在±0.5℃之内。系统响应时间小于0.5 s,系统监测温度灵敏度约为0.1℃。当置信概率为95.40%时,重复性指标在±0.0210%之内。
The fiber grating temperature monitoring system based on Fiber Bragg Grating Analyzer (FBGA) demodulation module was built to realize the temperature monitoring of the external environment. Using the digital signal processing module in the FBGA to obtain the peak wavelength of the reflected light, the relationship between the peak wavelength and the temperature is obtained by fitting, and the corresponding host computer program is prepared by LabVIEW. The accuracy of the measurement method is high, compared with the temperature of the incubator, the temperature error of the system is within ± 0.5 ℃. System response time is less than 0.5 s, the system monitoring temperature sensitivity is about 0.1 ℃. When the confidence probability is 95.40%, the repeatability index is within ± 0.0210%.
