在70多年的发展历程中,湖南电气职业技术学院与湘电集团始终血脉相连,合作共赢。近几年,校企双方实现了从“融人”到“融合”再到“融通”的里程碑式转变。在思想政治理论课课程与教学改革过程中,学院从构建与校企一体化模式相衔接的思想政治理论课课程体系、思想政治理论课实践教学模式、“听、说、看、读、写、察”多路径理论教学模式等多方面着手,形成了校企一体化模式下具有鲜明湖南电气职院特色的思想政治理论课课程体系与教学模式。
