目的:研究升降散对亚甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染小鼠的保护作用。方法:建立亚甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染小鼠肺炎模型,观察升降散全方、升降散拆方、升降散与麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤合方对小鼠的一般状态、肺指数、肺干湿质量比、肺组织形态和肺泡Ⅱ型细胞结构变化的影响情况。结果:各用药组能减轻病毒性肺炎小鼠的全身症状,抑制体质量减轻,降低死亡率和肺指数,提升肺干湿质量比,降低肺组织病理学评分和改善肺泡Ⅱ型细胞结构的病理损伤。各项观察指标的改善,呈现出升降散组(4.55g/kg)作用优于各拆方组、合方组作用优于升降散、中药对照单方组的作用趋势。结论:升降散全方对流感病毒感染小鼠有一定保护作用,同时也能提升麻杏甘石汤的效用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Shengjiang San on FM1-infected mice induced by influenza A virus. Methods: A pneumonia model was established in mice infected with FM1 strain FM1. The effects of Shengshang powder, Fangshengsan powder, Shengshang powder and ephedra almond, licorice gypsum soup on mice general status, lung index, Lung wet weight ratio, lung morphology and alveolar type Ⅱ cell structure changes. Results: The treatment groups could reduce systemic symptoms, reduce body weight, reduce mortality and lung index, improve lung wet mass ratio, reduce lung histopathological score and improve the pathology of alveolar type Ⅱ cell structure in mice with viral pneumonia damage. The improvement of various observation indexes showed that the effect of Shengjiang powder group (4.55g / kg) was better than that of each disassembled prescription group. Conclusion: Shengmaosan Powder has certain protective effect on mice infected with influenza virus and can also improve the effect of Maxinggan Decoction.
