本文对我国高职学院体育教学现状、学生体育意识、学生体质健康状况进行了分析,调研了黑龙江省大中型工厂、企业体育文化现状,了解了工厂、企业对机电一体化专业岗位体能的要求,围绕专业人才培养目标,从提高岗位体能和未来体能与体质健康可持续发展出发,打破学科限制,将有效提高岗位体能的非体育项目,纳入体育课程,开发了5个学习情境,对体育课教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、评价方式进行了开创性的改革,并运用“任务单、资讯单、信息单、评价单、教学反馈等单子”实施教学,培养了学生体育能力、社会能力、方法能力,使学生《国家学生体质健康标准》测试成绩100%达到了及格以上标准。
