食用油是老百姓餐桌上不可缺少的部分,但是您知道吗?大豆油在高温下不稳定,不适合做煎炸;花生油耐热性较好,更适合炖炒……所以我们要多了解食用油的知识。动物油富含饱和脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸与胆固醇结合很容易沉淀在血管壁上,经常食用会引起血脂升高,因此,从健康营养的角度讲,动物油应尽量少吃。植物油因其取材不同,营养价值、口味也有所差别。
