坚持用马克思主义的辩证的观点、历史的观点和实践的观点,坚持用社会主义的基本原则来指导和管理文艺事业,是邓小平同志文艺思想的核心。尤其是他在全国第四次文代会上代表党中央所作的祝辞,可以说是一篇社会主义文艺管理学的光辉文献。本文以此为出发点,拟从以下三个方面谈谈小平同志对社会主义文艺管理学的卓越贡献。
