目前,我国正处在改革的攻坚期和深水区,社会转型推动利益格局不断调整,一些深层次的矛盾和问题逐步显现,主要体现为经济社会发展的承受力与群众日益增长的物质文化和精神文化需求还存在一定差距;随着社会主义市场经济向纵深发展,人们的思想意识和道德观念也发生了许多变化,人们更关注对自身利益的维护,法制观念进一步加强,维权意识进一步提高,这对传统的党的思想政治工作产生了严重的冲击。做好新形势下的思想政治工作,就必须在继承和发扬好的经验做法的前提下,在新的实践中探索新的方法,取得新的经验。
