目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌对消毒剂的抗性及其对抗菌药物敏感性恢复的可能性。方法采用定量杀菌试验和药物敏感试验,对连续传代培养20次的金黄色葡萄球菌标准株抗消毒剂情况和用血液增菌管连续传代培养20次的三种亚致死量筛选的菌株和耐药菌株的药物敏感性恢复情况进行了观察。结果用亚致死剂量的消毒剂筛选出的金黄色葡萄球菌对含碘消毒剂、含氯消毒剂和生物酶等三种消毒液的抗性有轻微增强。经诱导出的青霉素和红霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株,血液增菌管传代30次,其敏感性没有得到恢复。临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌经血培养传代45次,其耐药性没有改变。结论亚致死剂量的消毒液可诱导出金黄色葡萄球菌抗性菌株,强化营养传代培养30次未使其耐药性降低。
Objective To study the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to disinfectants and the possibility of their sensitivity to antimicrobial agents. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and drug susceptibility test were used to test the antimicrobial activity of Staphylococcus aureus standard strain which was continuously subcultured for 20 times and three kinds of sub-lethality screening strains which were continuously subcultured with blood enrichment tube for 20 times. The recovery of the drug susceptibility of the strain was observed. Results Staphylococcus aureus screened with a sublethal disinfectant showed a slight increase in resistance to three disinfectants, including iodine disinfectant, chlorine disinfectant and bio-enzyme. After the induced penicillin and erythromycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains, blood enrichment tube passage 30 times, the sensitivity has not been restored. The clinical isolates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were subcultured 45 times without any change in drug resistance. Conclusion Sublethal disinfectant can induce Staphylococcus aureus resistant strains, and enhanced nutrition subculture did not reduce the drug resistance 30 times.
