目的探讨β连环素(β-cat)及其与E钙粘附素(E-cad)的复合体在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用超敏感SP免疫组化方法,检测83例乳腺肿瘤中β-cat、E-cad的表达。结果同正常乳腺组织阳性表达率80%相比,乳腺中重度不典型增生组、乳腺癌组中β-cat阳性表达率分别为26.3%、29.3%,且与正常乳腺组织差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但后两组之间相比差别不显著。E-cad在正常乳腺组织阳性表达率为90%,而在乳腺中重度不典型增生组、乳腺癌组中分别为57.9%、20.7%,但仅乳腺癌组与正常乳腺组织差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时发现,乳腺中重度不典型增生组与乳腺癌组中的Ecad阳性表达率差别亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ecad的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系不明显。结论β-cat可以作为乳腺疾病向恶性转变过程中的一个监测指标,E-cad在由乳腺不典型增生转变为乳腺癌的过程中起一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of β-catenin (β-cat) and its complex with E-cadherin in breast tumors. Methods Ultra-sensitive SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of β-cat and E-cad in 83 cases of breast tumors. Results The positive expression rate of β-cat in moderate and severe breast dysplasia group and breast cancer group was 26.3% and 29.3%, respectively, compared with normal breast tissue 80% (P <0.01), but the difference between the latter two groups was not significant. The positive expression rate of E-cad in normal breast tissues was 90%, while it was 57.9% and 20.7% in the severe atypical hyperplasia group and breast cancer group, respectively, but the difference between the breast cancer group and the normal breast tissue was statistically significant (P <0.01). At the same time, it was also found that the positive rate of Ecad in breast dysplasia group was also significantly different (P <0.05), while the relationship between Ecad expression and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer was not obvious. Conclusion β-cat can be used as a monitoring indicator of the malignant transformation of breast disease. E-cad plays a role in the process of breast dysplasia.
