目的调查分析脓毒症患儿细菌培养及药敏情况。方法选取衡阳市妇幼保健院2015年度收治的脓毒症且细菌培养阳性患儿168例,分析其病原菌构成及药敏情况。结果 36h内病原菌阳性检出率最高,其中革兰阳性菌占71.43%(120/168),革兰阴性菌占25.00%(42/168),真菌占3.57%(6/168)。根据药敏试验发现,革兰阳性菌对青霉素、头孢西丁、红霉素耐药率比较高,革兰阴性菌对呋喃妥因、氨苄西林耐药率比较高。结论应在36h内对脓毒症患儿进行细菌培养,根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗生素,从而提高患儿救治率。
Objective To investigate the bacterial culture and drug susceptibility of children with sepsis. Methods 168 cases of sepsis admitted to Hengyang MCH hospital in 2015 with positive bacterial culture were selected for analysis of their pathogenic bacteria composition and drug susceptibility. Results The positive rate of pathogens was the highest in 36 hours, of which Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 71.43% (120/168), Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 25.00% (42/168) and fungi accounted for 3.57% (6/168). According to the drug sensitivity test found that Gram-positive bacteria penicillin, cefoxitin, erythromycin resistance rate is relatively high, gram-negative bacteria nitrofurantoin, ampicillin resistance rate is relatively high. Conclusions Bacterial culture should be carried out in children with sepsis within 36 hours, and antibiotics should be selected reasonably according to drug susceptibility test results to improve the treatment rate of children.
