December 10, 2011, NBA president David Stern officially announced at a news conference: the two sides reached a new agreement between the labor, the up to 161 days shut down has finally ended. From July 1, both employers and employees have been tense on the negotiating table. When you come to me, we will have nearly 30 games of all sizes. After all, we will strive for more benefits for our own people. Although this new agreement has not reached the point where both employers and employees are 100% satisfied, there are still many provisions that give them different benefits. What are some important changes to this new agreement in 2011 versus the collective bargaining agreement in 2005, and who benefited from these terms?
