尊敬的马凯国务委员、盛华仁副委员长,各位领导、各位来宾,女士们、先生们:今天,由国务院参事室、中国有色金属工业协会共同举办的“促进铝应用高层论坛”开幕了。我代表国务院参事室和论坛组委会,向出席论坛的各位领导、嘉宾致以热烈的欢迎和诚挚的感谢!本次论坛旨在促进铝应用,增进国际交流与合作,为推动我国铝工业健康发展和推进节能减排献计献策。国务委员兼国务院秘书长马凯同志拨冗出席本次论坛,并将发表重要讲话。这生动表明了中国政府对推广铝应用、发展循环经济以及加强国际合作的高度重视。今年年初,中国政府发布了《铝工业“十二五”发展专项规划》,明确了我国铝工业加快转变发展方式的目标和任务。面对这种新的形势,国务院参事室之所以同中国有色金属工业协会
Dear Minister Ma Kai, Vice Chairman Sheng Huaren, Ladies and Gentlemen, Ladies and Gentlemen, Today, the “High-level Forum on Promoting Aluminum Applications” co-sponsored by the State Council counselor’s office and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association was opened. On behalf of the State Council counselor ’s office and the Organizing Committee of the Forum, I extend a warm welcome and sincere thanks to all the leaders and guests present at the forum. The forum aims to promote the application of aluminum and promote international exchanges and cooperation so as to promote the health of China’ s aluminum industry Development and promotion of energy-saving emission reduction proposals. State Councilor Comrade Ma Kai, Secretary-General of the State Council, took the time to attend this forum and will deliver an important speech.
