目的:探讨老年脑梗塞患者外周血肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、内皮素—1(ET—1)和心钠素(ANP)含量变化及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法测定30例老年人脑梗塞急性期和27例健康老年人的外周血TNF、ET—1、ANP水平。结果:老年人脑梗塞急性期外周血TNF(1.25±0.38mg/ml)、ET—1(108.4±6.5pq/ml)和ANP(218.95±24.35pq/ml)水平明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01),增高的程度与病情、病灶大小有关。TNF与ET—1、ANP呈显著正相关(r=0.547和0.629,P<0.01)。结论:TNF、ET—1和ANP可能同时参与了老年人急性脑梗塞的发病过程。TNF诱发ET—1、ANP,测定TNF可作为脑梗塞病情轻重的重要指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in peripheral blood of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods: The peripheral blood levels of TNF, ET-1 and ANP in 30 elderly acute cerebral infarction and 27 healthy elderly were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The peripheral blood levels of TNF (1.25 ± 0.38mg / ml), ET-1 (108.4 ± 6.5pq / ml) and ANP (218.95 ± 24.35pq / ml) The level was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.01), the extent of the increase with the disease, the size of the lesion. There was a significant positive correlation between TNF and ET-1 and ANP (r = 0.547 and 0.629, P <0.01). Conclusion: TNF, ET-1 and ANP may participate in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly. TNF-induced ET-1, ANP, determination of TNF can be used as one of the important indicators of severity of cerebral infarction.
