本文的研究目的是确定用Nuva-Seal封闭龋损5年后观察在封闭剂下的微生物种类和活力。实验对象为10到14岁儿童,479个成对的恒牙。在牙列的一侧按常规涂上一层光敏甲芷丙稀酸酯类封闭剂。另一侧为对照。符合下列条件的作为研究对象:(1)3级龋,检查时探针能探进去,封闭5年后封闭剂仍保存者,共13个学生,16个牙,20个部位。(2)2级龋,钩住探针的窝沟,变色或不变色,5年后封闭剂仍保存者,共9个学生,12个牙,13个部位。(3)0—1级龋,窝沟无龋,封闭剂保存5年者,9个学生,11个
