采用高压水雾化制备了Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_2C_2非晶软磁合金粉末,并使用该合金粉末制备了磁粉芯,研究了退火温度对磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明:Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_2C_2合金粉末具有较高的非晶形成能力;对磁粉芯退火能够有效提高磁导率和降低损耗,过高的退火温度则会使材料出现晶化,磁性能恶化。最佳退火温度为500℃,此时磁粉芯的软磁性能最优,有效磁导率高达50.7,矫顽力低至11.2 A/m,磁损耗仅为16.04 W/kg(最大磁感应强度B_m=50 mT,频率f=50 kHz)。
Fe_ (75) Si_ (8.4) B_ (12.6) Nb_2C_2 amorphous soft magnetic alloy powders were prepared by high pressure water atomization. Magnetic powder cores were prepared by using this alloy powder. The effects of annealing temperature on the properties of magnetic powder cores were investigated.
