遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去”和“认真搞好斗、批、改”的教导,两年来,在上级党委的正确领导下,我们做了一些工作:下放了百分之四十三的医务人员到农村安家落户;经常有百分之十左右的医务人员到郊区农村、工厂和街道巡回医疗,发动群众防病治病;为一百多个单位培训和复训工人医生、赤脚医生、街道卫生员和“三防”救护人员九百三十五人;建立家庭病床八百五十三张;协助基层建立群防站八十四个;由八小时门诊改为二十四小时门诊。在斗、批、改深入发展的过程中,今年三月,根据自治区革委会卫生局关于整顿医院的指示精神,我们又从思想上、组织上、作风上进行一次整顿。通过整顿,进一步解决了为什么人这个问题,服务态度、医疗作风有很大改善,医疗质量不断提高,促进了医院各项工作的深入开展。 In accordance with the guidance of the great leader Chairman Mao on “putting emphasis on medical and health work in rural areas” and “conscientiously engaging in combat, approval, and reform”, we have done some work under the correct leadership of the upper Party committee for two years: decentralization. In the course of the development of fighting, approval, and reform, in March this year, according to the instructions of the Health Bureau of the Autonomous Region Revolutionary Committee on rectifying the hospital, we also carried out a rectification on the ideological, organizational, and working styles. Through rectification, we have further solved the problem of why people, service attitude, medical style have greatly improved, and the quality of medical care has been continuously improved, which has promoted the in-depth development of hospital work.
