工程物资的管理是工程施工企业的重要管理内容,其不仅对施工进度有着重要的影响,同时对降低工程的施工成本也有着不容忽视的重要作用。对于铁路项目建设中的工程物资采取科学合理的措施进行管理,能够更好的提高工程物资的使用效率,实现经济效益的最大化。而精细化管理作为一种先进的管理方式,其改变了以往粗放式的物资管理模式,通过科学合理分工、精确定位、责任细化等实现对工程物资的精细化管理。本文就铁路项目建设企业如何做好工程物资的精细化管理展开研究,希望为提高物资管理部门的工作效率,降低工程的施工成本提供参考。
The management of construction materials is an important management content of construction enterprises, which not only has an important impact on the construction progress, but also plays an important role in reducing the construction cost of the works. To take scientific and rational measures for the construction materials in the construction of railway projects can better improve the utilization efficiency of construction materials and maximize the economic benefits. As a kind of advanced management method, refined management changed the extensive material management mode in the past, and realized the fine management of engineering materials through scientific and reasonable division of labor, precise positioning and detailed responsibility. In this paper, how to do the fine management of construction materials for railway construction enterprises is hoped to provide reference for improving the work efficiency of materials management department and reducing the construction cost.
