佛山西站综合交通枢纽规模大,综合性强,集中了高铁、城际、地铁、公交、长途、出租车等多家专业运营主体,管理界面复杂,运营协调工作难度大。综合交通枢纽建成的运营管理将是体现运营水平、运营效率和服务质量的重要环节。尽快研究确定佛山西站枢纽的运营管理模式,将为佛山西站枢纽今后的运营管理提供总体指导,以保证枢纽的正常及高效运营。本文概述了北京南站、上海虹桥、深圳北站等国内高铁综合交通枢纽运营管理现状,提出了佛山西站综合交通枢纽三种运营管理模式。通过对比研究,建议佛山西站综合交通枢纽采用政府委托企业,企业成立专业运营管理公司运营,实施“一体化管理,专业化运营”的运管模式。
The comprehensive transportation hub of Foshan West Railway Station has a large scale and strong comprehensiveness and concentrates on a large number of professional operators such as high-speed rail, inter-city, subway, bus, long-distance and taxi. The management interface is complex and the operation coordination is difficult. The integrated operation of transport operations management will be built to reflect the operation level, operational efficiency and quality of service an important part. As soon as possible to study and determine the operation and management mode of Foshan West Railway Station hub will provide overall guidance for the future operation and management of Foshan West Railway Station hub to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the hub. This paper summarizes the operation and management status of domestic high-speed rail transport hubs such as Beijing South Railway Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shenzhen North Railway Station, and proposes three operation management modes of Foshan West Railway Station Integrated Transportation Hub. Through comparative research, it is suggested that the integrated transportation hub of Foshan West Railway Station adopts the government-commissioned enterprises, and the enterprises set up professional operation management companies to operate and carry out the management mode of “integrated management and specialized operation”.
