The difficulties encountered when implementing HWO (Hydraulic Workover) operations on high-pressure natural gas wells are: controlling the BOP (BOP) environment, choosing the right seal and preventing the formation of hydrates. This article presents a new way to solve these problems, making the workforce and equipment safer. There have been many ways to reduce the risk of well workover in high pressure natural gas wells. However, people and equipment are extremely unsafe to implement workover conditions in natural gas wells. The following problems are often encountered: (1) At the top of the BOP stack Extremely dangerous; ② When the pipe string into the hole, the high pressure gas well is difficult to seal, natural gas leak from the seal, resulting in seal parts and BOP quickly damaged; ③ natural gas in the water, will form hydrate in the wellbore. Working at a slow, continuous cycle of BOPs can be both safer for people and equipment; undoubtedly reducing equipment design if the operator follows the methods described in this article (controlling the BOP environment; choosing the right seal material and preventing hydrate formation) And update the required costs, extend equipment life.
