番茄在世界各国蔬菜栽培中均占有一定的比例,并且都很注重栽培方式,尤其是设施栽培,即人为改善环境条件以获得熟性早、品质好的番茄。我国早熟番茄的生产是伴随着地膜、塑料大棚、日光温室的兴起和推广而不断扩大栽培面积的。为了使菜农对我国目前早熟番茄的发展状况有所了解,本期做了这组早熟番茄策划。
