目的通过电离室CR胸部普通条件摄影与高千伏摄影的对比性研究,探讨电离室CR胸部高千伏摄影在胸部的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取电离室CR胸部高千伏摄影与普通条件摄影各100例成人胸部正位片,分别设为实验组及对照组,由三位中级以上职称放射科诊断医师分别进行正常肺野肺纹理及心影内、膈影内肺纹理显示评价,评价标准分为优、良、差三级,并进行两组患者的曝光剂量比较。结果100例实验组正常肺野肺纹理显示优95例、良3例、差2例,对照组100例显示优90例、良7例、差3例,两组比较差异无统计学意义P>0.05;100例实验组心影内、膈影内肺纹理显示优89例、良9例、差2例,对照组100例显示优70例、良18例、差12例,两组比较差异有统计学意义P<0.01;实验组较对照组摄影条件降低约10~13mAs。结论电离室技术、高千伏摄影与CR系统三项技术联合应用于成人胸片检查,图像层次丰富,曝光剂量降低。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical value of high-kV radiography in CR chest of ionization chamber in the thorax by comparing the chest radiography and high-kV radiography in ionization chamber. Methods A total of 100 adult chest radiographs were randomly selected from CR chest high kV images and normal condition radiographs of the ionization chamber, which were set as the experimental group and the control group respectively. Three above-mentioned mid-level and above radiologists diagnosed the normal lung field lung texture And within the heart shadow, diaphragmatic lung image evaluation showed that the evaluation criteria are divided into excellent, good, poor three, and exposure dose comparison of two groups of patients. Results 100 cases of normal lung field lung tissue of the experimental group showed excellent in 95 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases, 100 cases in the control group showed excellent in 90 cases, good in 7 cases and poor in 3 cases, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05; 100 cases of experimental group, the diaphragmatic lung shadow within the diaphragm showed excellent in 89 cases, good in 9 cases and poor in 2 cases, the control group of 100 cases showed excellent in 70 cases, good in 18 cases and poor in 12 cases, the difference was Statistical significance P <0.01; experimental group than the control group photography conditions reduce about 10 ~ 13mAs. Conclusion Ionization chamber technology, high-kv photography and CR system combined with three techniques for the detection of adult chest radiographs, the image level is rich, the exposure dose is reduced.
