加伊采选公司的原料基地基本上是浸染型和混合型铜和铜-锌-黄铁矿矿石。矿石难以选矿的原因是物质组成不稳定、主要铜矿物(黄铜矿、辉铜矿、斑铜矿、氧化矿和其他形式的矿物)的含量波动大、铜与锌的比例不当(2∶1和1.5∶1)、铜、锌和铁硫化物相互之间和在脉石之中浸染不均并细到乳化浸染程度。矿石中的次生铜硫化物含量在不同时期波动范围大,而且近年来不超过10%。矿石按混合-优先浮选流程加工(矿石含硫15~30%)。矿石磨矿到65~70%-74μm
The raw material base of Gai Mining is essentially a blend of impregnated and mixed copper and copper-zinc-pyrite ores. The ore is difficult to be beneficiated due to unstable material composition, large fluctuations in the contents of the major copper minerals (chalcopyrite, chalcocite, bornite, oxide ore and other forms of minerals) and the improper ratio of copper to zinc (2: 1 and 1.5: 1). Copper, zinc and iron sulphides are unevenly disseminated to each other and to the extent of emulsification.
