本大型室状煤气加热炉,沿炉顶纵向两排对称布置六个平焰烧嘴,这为提高炉温均匀性创造了前提。炉子设三个独立控温区,采用STD总线工业控制机,自动调节阀门开度,实现了控温精度高达±3℃,炉温均匀性为±10℃。炉膛共安九支铂铑10-铂热电偶,实现了控温、记录和报警三独立。煤气与空气管路压力,采用基量加积分控制模式,使压力能稳定在40Pa范围内。温度控制采用串级并联限幅PID模式,容易实现温度的精确控制,以及空气与煤气流量比例控制,使火焰保持在微还原状态,可减少加热锻件的氧化和烧损。
