分析指出了EXB84 1自身可能出现过热、过流的几种场合 ,给出了对EXB84 1自身进行保护的措施 ;另外 ,还给出了一种可对IGBT的驱动电压进行幅值调整的电路。
It is pointed out that the EXB84 1 itself may be overheated and overcurrent. Some measures to protect the EXB84 1 itself are given. In addition, a circuit for adjusting the driving voltage of the IGBT is also given.
