本文研究了无损测定焊接容器残余应力的新方法,它利用Mises屈服准则和塑性理论的流动定律解决了二向应力状态下焊接残余应力峰值的确定。该方法简便、易行,在工程应用上有一定的意义。
In this paper, a new method for non-destructive measurement of residual stress in welding vessels is studied. The method of Mises yield criterion and the plasticity theory are used to solve the determination of the peak value of residual stress in two-dimensional stress state. The method is simple and easy to implement, and has certain significance in engineering application.
