滨州市利用信息技术改造传统产业的应用起步较早,随着信息化大潮的到来,传统产业信息化在不断深入的同时, 信息化的触角也伸向了滨州的各个角落。其中比较突出的是电子政务系统正在改变滨州市政府的传统办公业务模式。 2002年8月,由科技部立项、由国务院办公厅和科技部共同牵头的国家“十五”重大科技专项--《中国电子政务应用试点示范工程》正武启动。该项目的主要任务是“依托一个公共体系、建设两个支撑平台、采取三项实施策略、重点推进四种示范应用”。到2005年6月,这项历经3年的重大科技专项的顺利完成,对推动在全国范围内各级政府的电子政务建设和应用起到积极作用。在城市信忠化建设的推进过程中,滨州市逐步认识到:加快信息化建设是迅速提高城市综合竞争力的重要措施,只有坚持走信息化的道路,滨州才能实现跨越式发展。通过走访滨州市信息产业局,我们发现,政府电子政务和传统产业信息化建设正改变着滨州。

August 2002, initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State Department General Office and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly lead the country “15 ” major science and technology special - “China E-government pilot project demonstration” is starting. The main task of this project is to “build on a public system, build two support platforms, adopt three implementation strategies and focus on four demonstration applications.” By June 2005, the smooth accomplishment of this major scientific and technological project after three years has played an active role in promoting the construction and application of e-government at all levels of government across the country. Binzhou City has gradually realized that speeding up the construction of informatization is an important measure to rapidly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cities. Only by adhering to the road of informationization can Binzhou be able to achieve leapfrog development. Through the visit Binzhou Bureau of Information Industry, we found that government e-government and traditional industries are changing the construction of Binzhou.
