以对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,通过腙化、分子内环化两步反应合成了标题化合物。实验考察了投料物质的量比,反应温度及反应时间对收率的影响,结果表明:盐酸氨基脲与对甲氧基苯甲醛的物质的量比为1.2∶1,第1步反应温度为65℃,反应时间为1.5 h,第2步反应时间为16 h,溴与1-对甲氧基苯甲亚甲基氨基脲的物质的量比为1.2∶1时为最佳反应条件,总收率68.5%。目标化合物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及质谱等确证。 The title compound was synthesized by p-methoxybenzaldehyde as the starting material through two steps of hydrazone and intramolecular cyclization. The results showed that the molar ratio of semicarbazone to p-methoxybenzaldehyde was 1.2:1, and the reaction temperature in the first step was 65 ℃, the reaction time was 1.5 h, the reaction time of the second step was 16 h, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained when the molar ratio of bromine to 1-p-methoxybenzylidene semicarbazide was 1.2:1, Rate of 68.5%. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.
