从56个土样中分离获得253株脂肪酶产生菌,其中NQ23菌株产酶活性最高,从其形态特征确定为根霉属(Rhizopus)。对该菌株进行紫外线和硫酸二乙酯诱变,酶活力提高52%。对该菌株的产酶条件及部分酶性质进行了研究后发现该菌株所产脂肪酶具有良好的热稳定性,最适作用温度较高,为50℃左右。
A total of 253 lipase producing strains were isolated from 56 soil samples. Among them, NQ23 strain had the highest enzyme activity and was identified as Rhizopus from its morphological characteristics. The strain of UV mutagenesis and diethyl sulfate, enzyme activity increased by 52%. The enzyme producing conditions and partial enzyme properties of the strain were studied and found that the lipase produced by the strain has good thermal stability and the optimum temperature is about 50 ° C.
