On November 7, 2012, the Tianjin Container Shipping Index (TDI) conference was organized by Tianjin International Trade and Shipping Service Center. TDI is an important part of Tianjin Shipping Index and a sea freight price index reflecting the trend of freight price fluctuation in China’s coastal container shipping market. More than 160 people attended the meeting, including the relevant commission office of Tianjin Municipality and well-known domestic and overseas airlines and porters. In order to implement the “Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Development and Opening up of Binhai New Area in Tianjin”, speed up the promotion of North China International
