本文报道253例正常人T环分析结果,病例资料和方法与前所报告的正常P环(中华医学杂志,62(4):213,1982]及QRS环[中华医学杂志,64(4):239,1984]相同。一、最大向量方位:额面各年龄组女性均略大于男性,平均37.1°。比黄氏57°和龚氏55°偏左上,与Chou氏35°相接近。左侧面和横面各年龄组女性均比男性偏向后方,且差异非常显著。横面在X轴0°以后的9例中,男性2例,其中1例为不完全性在束支阻滞,1例为不典型右束支阻滞。女性7例,其中2例为不典型右束支阻滞。40岁以下的6例,说明最大向量后移常与右心室传导延迟有关。
