随着我国建立社会主义市场经济体制目标和基本框架的确立，外贸体制改革的深化和对外经济贸易的发展，完善涉外经济法律体系尤为重要，本文分析了我国涉外经济立法的现状与问题，并就涉外经济立法提出了建设性意见。
With the establishment of the objective and basic framework for establishing a socialist market economic system in our country, the deepening of the reform of the foreign trade system and the development of foreign economic relations and trade and the improvement of the legal system of foreign-related economy are particularly important. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the foreign-related economic legislation in our country. Foreign economic legislation has put forward constructive suggestions.
