目的 :探讨鳖甲煎丸抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法 :选用猪血清诱导免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型 ,观察经方鳖甲煎丸对免疫性纤维化模型大鼠肝组织胶原及相关细胞因子表达的影响 ,分析鳖甲煎丸的治疗作用 ,并以西药秋水仙碱作对照。结果 :鳖甲煎丸能够明显减少Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达 ,并能明显减少TGF β1mRNA及PDGF BB、bFGF等细胞因子的表达 ,作用接近或优于秋水仙碱。结论 :鳖甲煎丸具有明显的抗纤维化作用 ,能够从多个环节抑制肝脏纤维化病理改变
Objective: To explore the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis by Biejiajian Pills. METHODS: Pig sera were used to induce immune-induced hepatic fibrosis model, and the effects of FANGJIAJIAJIAJIA Pill on the expression of collagen and related cytokines in liver tissue of immunofibrotic rats were observed. The therapeutic effects of Biejiajian Pills were analyzed. Western medicine colchicine as a control. Results : Biejiajianwan could significantly reduce the expression of type I and type III collagen and significantly reduce the expression of TGFβ1 mRNA and PDGF BB, bFGF and other cytokines. The effect is similar to or better than that of colchicine. Conclusion : Biejiajian Pill has obvious antifibrotic effect and can inhibit pathological changes of liver fibrosis from many aspects
