运用等离子弧束作为热源对亚共晶白口合金铸铁进行表面淬火处理,采用正交试验法优化等离子弧表面淬火工艺参数,分析各主要工艺参数对淬硬层硬度、深度的影响规律,并对处理后淬硬层显微硬度和显微组织状态进行分析与讨论。结果表明:对淬硬层硬度影响的主要参数是工作电流,其次是喷嘴工件间距,然后才是弧束的扫描速度;对淬硬层深度影响最大的参数是弧束的扫描速度,其次为工作电流;随着电流值的增加,淬硬层深度、硬度提高,但需要控制工作电流值;随着扫描速度的提高和喷嘴到工件距离的不断增加,淬硬层的硬度、深度下降;利用等离子弧束对工件进行表面淬火处理,需确定最佳工艺参数。
The plasma arc quenching was carried out by using the plasma arc beam as the heat source. The surface arc quenching process parameters of the plasma arc were optimized by orthogonal test. The influence of the main process parameters on the hardness and depth of the hardened layer was analyzed. After treatment, the hardness and microstructure of hardened layer were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the main parameters influencing the hardness of the hardened layer are the working current, the second is the nozzle spacing, and then the scanning speed of the beam. The most influential parameter on the hardened layer depth is the scanning speed of the beam, followed by the working The hardness and hardness of the hardened layer increase, but the need to control the operating current value; as the scanning speed increases and the distance from the nozzle to the workpiece increases, the hardness and depth of the hardened layer decreases; the use of plasma Arc beam surface hardening of the workpiece, the need to determine the best process parameters.
