阴茎阴囊撕脱伤是一种少见的泌尿生殖器损伤，其处理意见尚不一致［１～３］。本院自１９８６年７月～１９９８年７月共收治１２例，１９９３年以后利用撕脱的阴茎阴囊皮肤网眼状引流修复３例，效果良好，报道如下。１病例报告例１，男，６岁，被狗咬伤致阴茎自根部及部分阴囊 Penile scrotum avulsion is a rare genitourinary injury, its treatment is not consistent with the views [1-3].
