学习贯彻党章是全党的一项重大任务,我们要以学习贯彻党章为动力,深入推进厦门新一轮跨越式发展。学习贯彻党章需要把握几个着力点:一要着力抓好党的思想理论建设;二要着力抓好党的组织建设;三要着力抓好党的作风建设;四要着力抓好党的制度建设。学习贯彻党章,必须牢固树立“第一要务”的思想、以民为本的思想和廉洁自律的思想;学习贯彻党章,必须全面履行党章赋予纪委的职责。
To study and implement the party constitution is a major task for the entire party. We must take the study and implementation of the party constitution as the driving force and further promote the new round of leaps and bounds in Xiamen. We must grasp several key points in studying and implementing the party constitution: first, focus on the ideological and theoretical building of the party; second, focus on the organizational construction of the party; third, focus on the party’s style of work; fourth, focus on the party’s system construction . To study and implement the party constitution, we must firmly establish the “first priority”, the people-oriented thinking and the principle of honest and self-discipline. When studying and implementing the party constitution, we must fully perform the duties assigned to the Commission for Discipline Inspection by the party constitution.
