冷却系由水箱、风扇、水泵、恒温器、水温感应塞等件组成。 4115柴油机有小汽油机起动和电机起动两种起动方式,因而冷却水循环路线也有两种: 1.小汽油机起动的冷却水循环线路(如图示): 冷却水由水泵(7)泵入缸体(9)后,分成两路,一路经缸体出水管(11)、起动机进水管(13)到起动机(14),再经起动机出水管(15)到发动机出水管。另一路经缸体顶面水孔进入气缸盖(12),再到发动机出水管(16)。上述两路水流在发动机出水管(16)汇集后经恒温器(18)流入水箱上水室,水经散热冷却后流到下水室再进入水泵。
