高职院校作为我国高等教育发展中的新生事物,将在其发展中面临着不断完善办学机制并加强学校建设的重要任务,这其中就包括校园文化建设。校园文化作为学校内部形成的能为全体成员普遍认可的价值观念,行为准则和思想作风的总和,是学校可持续发展不可缺少的重要组成部分。然而,由于高职院校更多地关注其规模效益,对内涵建设有所忽视,从而造成了校园文化建设相对滞后。如何在新形式下结合自身特点营造出和谐的校园文化氛围,是高职院校亟待解决的问题之一。
As a new-born thing in the development of higher education in our country, higher vocational colleges will face the important task of perfecting school-running mechanism and strengthening school construction in its development, which includes the construction of campus culture. As the sum of values, codes of conduct and ideological style that can be universally accepted by all the members, the school culture is an indispensable part of school sustainable development. However, as higher vocational colleges pay more attention to their economies of scale and neglect their connotation construction, the construction of campus culture lags behind. How to create a harmonious campus culture atmosphere under the new form in combination with its own characteristics is one of the problems to be solved urgently in higher vocational colleges.
