目的:研究黄芩及其复方汤剂清热燥湿、泻火解毒的药效组分,探讨饮片配伍、剂型与药效组分的相关性,为新药的研发和质量评价体系的建立提供科学数据。方法:采用单味药、药对和复方及其制剂对应的方法制备样品并进行对照,采用反相高效液相色谱法RP-HPLC测定药效组分的含量。结果:黄芩的药效组分是黄芩苷-汉黄芩苷-黄芩素-汉黄芩素,其含量依次为(47.602±0.736)、(9.11±0.068)、(4.782±0.174)、(1.286±0.071)mg·g-1。结论:黄芩药效组分黄芩苷-汉黄芩苷-黄芩素-汉黄芩素,其清热燥湿组分是26.38∶4.96∶2.60∶1;其泻火解毒组分是28.83∶5.42∶1.89∶1。且各药效组分之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。药效组分与配伍和剂型相关,同一个单味药,由于配伍不同,其药效组分不同。
OBJECTIVE: To study the efficacy of Radix Scutellariae and its compound decoction for clearing heat and dampness, purging fire and detoxification, and to explore the correlation between compatibility, dosage forms and efficacy components of scutellaria baicalensis and its components and provide scientific data for the research and development of new drugs and the establishment of quality evaluation system. Methods: The single herbs, drugs and compound and its preparation corresponding to the method of preparing samples and comparison, using reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography RP-HPLC determination of the content of the pharmacodynamic components. Results: The active ingredient of baicalin was baicalin - baicalin - baicalein - wogonin with the order of (47.602 ± 0.736), (9.11 ± 0.068), (4.782 ± 0.174) and (1.286 ± 0.071) mg · g-1. Conclusion: Scutellaria baicalin - baicalin - baicalein - Wogonin, the heat dampness component is 26.38: 4.96: 2.60: 1; the purgative detoxification component is 28.83: 5.42: 1.89: 1 . There was a significant difference between the efficacy components (P <0.01). Pharmacodynamic components and compatibility and dosage forms related to the same single herb, due to different compatibility, its different pharmacodynamic components.
