韩仁铭碑建于汉灵帝熹平四年(公元175年)。金哀宗正大五年(公元1228年),荥阳令李天翼行县,发地得之,令石匠王福再立石于荥阳县署。民国十四年(1925年)四月,由邑人宋傍三、刘彤棻、李增祥等共议移立于县立小学(今荥阳第二高中)内,建楼封禁。1963年6月20日,由河南省人民政府公布为省点文物保护单位。碑身长方形,圭首,中间有穿,碑
