该公司福山厂通过控制钢中含氧量解决了水口堵塞的问题。该厂认为水口堵塞的主要原因有: (1)钢中游离氧量低和[SoL·Al]量高及浇铸时再氧化产生的Al_2O_3增加;(2)在RH处理时投入的铁合金中氧化产生了Al_2O_3。为了前一种原因,该厂调整钢中游离氧量,将氧化铁皮经RH处理后在冷却台投入,然后采用氩气搅拌。结果表明,氧化铁皮在投入前后的钢水中游离氧含量几乎无变化。
The company Fukuyama plant to solve the blockage of the nozzle by controlling the oxygen content of steel. The main reasons for the blockage of the nozzle in the factory are: (1) the low amount of free oxygen in the steel and the high amount of [SoL-Al] and the increase of Al 2 O 3 produced by reoxidation during casting; (2) the oxidation in the iron alloy Al_2O_3. For the former reason, the plant adjusts the amount of free oxygen in the steel, puts the oxide scale on the cooling stage after RH treatment, and then agitates with argon. The results showed that there was almost no change in the free oxygen content in the molten steel before and after the scale was put into the iron oxide scale.
