目的 :观察抗纤益心浓缩丸对实验性心律失常的影响,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法 :取100只昆明小鼠和50只Wister大鼠,分别随机分为模型组、普萘洛尔组、抗纤益心浓缩丸高剂量组、抗纤益心浓缩丸中剂量组、抗纤益心浓缩丸低剂量组。各药物组给予相应剂量药物灌胃,每天灌胃1次,连续7天,末次灌胃1 h后,复制氯仿诱发小鼠心室纤颤模型和乌头碱诱发大鼠室性早搏模型,观察抗纤益心浓缩丸对小鼠心室纤颤发生率及大鼠室早潜伏期、持续时间的影响。结果:氯仿诱发小鼠室颤实验:与模型组比较,抗纤益心浓缩丸高、中、低剂量组及普萘洛尔组小鼠室颤率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。乌头碱诱发大鼠室早实验:与模型组比较,普萘洛尔组、抗纤益心浓缩丸高剂量组、抗纤益心浓缩丸中剂量组大鼠室早潜伏期较长,室早持续时间较短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与普萘洛尔组比较,抗纤益心浓缩丸低剂量组大鼠室早潜伏期较短,室早持续时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:抗纤益心浓缩丸能预防氯仿诱发小鼠室颤,对其具有保护作用。对乌头碱诱发大鼠室早,抗纤益心浓缩丸能够延长室早潜伏期和缩短室早持续时间,具有拮抗大鼠室早的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kangxian Yixin Concentrated Pills on experimental arrhythmia and to explore the mechanism of anti-arrhythmia. Compared with the propranolol group, the rats in the low dose Yixue Yixinzheng pill group had a shorter early incubation period and a longer duration in the early morning chamber, with a significant difference (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Kangxian Yixin Pill can prevent ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform in mice and protect it. On aconitine-induced rat ventricular early, anti-fibrosis and Yixianzhong pill can extend the early ventricular latency and shorten the duration of ventricular premature ventricular antagonism has an antagonistic effect.
