【目的】了解学龄期哮喘儿童的疾病知识程度和自我处理行为的特性,并探讨哮喘儿童对症状的认知与自我处理行为的相关性。【方法】采用横断式描述性相关性研究设计,对象为厦门市三所三甲医院儿科哮喘门诊100位7~12岁的哮喘儿童,填写了哮喘知识量表和哮喘自我处理行为量表。【结果】1)与疾病知识和处理行为重要的相关因素为年龄、疾病的严重程度,呈正相关;2)疾病知识与自我处理行为呈中度的正相关。【结论】应加强学龄期哮喘儿童的知识认知及自我处理的能力。
【Objective】 To understand the characteristics of disease knowledge and self-handling behavior in children with asthma during school-age and to explore the correlation between asthma children’s cognition and self-treatment behavior. 【Methods】 A total of 100 children aged 7-12 years with asthma were included in the pediatric asthma clinic at the three top three hospitals in Xiamen City. The questionnaires of asthma knowledge and asthma self-treatment were filled in by cross-sectional descriptive correlation. 【Results】 1) Correlation with disease knowledge and the important correlative factors of treatment behavior are age, the severity of disease, and there is a positive correlation; 2) There is a moderate positive correlation between disease knowledge and self-treatment behavior. 【Conclusions】 Children with asthma should strengthen cognitive and self-processing skills.
