这种漆防锈效果比较好,但主要成份红丹粉中含有大量的铅(一吨红丹粉需要910公斤青铅)。在喷涂过程中,产生大量铅蒸气,严重危害施工人员的身体健康。青铅又是国防工业上的重要原料,料源也比较紧张。因此,研制新型涂料,彻底革除红丹,防止铅中毒,是一项迫切需要解决的课题。
