2012年5月31日,由上海市法学会国际法研究会主办、华东政法大学国际法学院承办的“黄岩岛争端国际法问题研讨会”在华东政法大学举行。来自复旦大学、上海对外贸易学院、华东政法大学等高校和上海社会科学院、上海市人民政府侨务办公室、上海市百业律师事务所等科研院所、政府机构和实务部门的专家学者参加了本次研讨会。专家分别从国际法视角,以《联合国海洋法公约》为准绳,驳斥菲律宾所主张的“主权继承说”、
On May 31, 2012, “Seminar on International Law on Huangyan Island Dispute” sponsored by the International Law Seminar of Shanghai Law Society and hosted by the School of International Law of East China University of Politics and Law was held at East China University of Politics and Law. From Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, East China University of Political Science and other colleges and universities and Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Shanghai Baoye Law Firm and other scientific research institutes, government agencies and substantive departments of experts and scholars participated in this seminar meeting. Experts from the perspective of international law and the “United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea” as the yardstick refute the claim of the “sovereignty succession” in the Philippines.
