针对小口径落井救援技术和设备落后的现状,研究了一种适用于小口径落井救援作业的救援机器人设计方案。该方案对救援机构进行了详细地描述,考虑到机器人井下作业环境空间的局限性,对井下作业救援机构进行了模块化设计,减小了机构的体积,同时对音频、视频、照明和通风等辅助救援系统进行了阐述。利用该落井救援机器人对落井人员进行救助,无需救助人员深入井下,仅在井上操作即可在较短时间内将落井人员救出井外,大大降低了传统救援方法因救助不及时而造成对被救人员的伤害,可节约大量人力、物力,并且缩短了救援时间,是一种针对小口径落井救援较为理想的救援装置。
